 Was this photo taken with a fast shutter speed or slow? What would be an example shutter speed?

    It was a slow shutter speed. maybe 1/100 or 1/200

    It was a slow shutter speed because of the blur. Probably 1/50

    Slow shutter speed was used because the photos are really blurry and out of focus.
    And I would use a shutter if 1/40 or 1/50.

    The photo was taken at a slow shutter speed. It might have been taken around 1/40 or 1/50
